Start in a Down dog and on an inhale lift one leg up.  Reach the other heal to the ground.  Make sure your wrists are parallel to the front of the mat and all parts of the hands and knuckles are pressing down.  Stretches the calves, shoulders, hamstrings, psoas ,and intricate muscles of the pelvis, especially if you open you hip.
