GARUDASANA.  Try this today to open the sacrum and lower back as well as the shoulders, traps & neck.  More advanced (and more effect in the neck and lower back) if you bend your standing leg knee and wrap your elbows in front of your knees, hanging your neck.  Tips:  Pull the hip of the standing leg back the whole time, and keep your elbows as in line with the chin as possible.
