THAI QUINOA: forget the pad thai and fried rice and try this protein and omega packed, not to mention essentially fat free version you can eat daily guilt free.

-in a pan sauté: a tiny bit of olive oil and three cloves garlic with peas, broccoli, orange bell pepper, string beans, two handfuls baby spinach, two zucchinis 
-when vegetables are soft add two cups of cooked quinoa and half a cup of chopped pineapple 
-add optional hot pepper
-turn off stove and add in crushed macadamia nuts 
-serve warm or cold over a leaf of lettuce or drizzle with traditional Asian hot sauce
