Sit for ENERGY & STRENGTH: Chair Pose, or utkatasana. Inhale bend your knees, sweep your arms down to floor then up.  Exhale bend your knees more and squeeze your inner thighs together. Make sure your knees are in line, shins moving back, and lower back filled with even weight on both feet. Hands touching if possible if not shoulder distance, looking at thumbs. Hold here 5-15 breaths.
